Upgrade Solution in Classic UI

To upgrade the SharePoint Security Sync solution in the Classic UI of Dynamics 365 CRM, follow these steps:

  1. In your Dynamics 365 CRM interface, navigate to Settings > Customizations > Solutions.

  1. In the All Solutions view, click on the Import button (as shown in the screenshot below).

  1. In the pop-up dialog, click on Choose File.

  1. Select the updated solution package from your system and click Next.

  1. Click Next again to proceed.

  1. On the next screen, select the Overwrite customizations checkbox.

  2. Click Import to begin the upgrade process.

Once the import is complete, the upgraded version of the solution will be available in your CRM environment.

Note: To successfully upgrade the solution, make sure you are importing a higher version over the existing lower version.
