Follow the steps given below to upgrade the Attach2Dynamics solution to its latest version.
Login to https://make.powerapps.com/
Select the appropriate environment --> Navigate to Solutions.
Click on Import solution.
You can now browse and upload your solution for importing.
Click on Next.
Now go to Advanced Settings --> Select Upgrade -->Verify if 'Enable Plug-In steps and flows included in the solution' is checked -->Click on Next.
Select the existing connection reference here. If it isn't already created, create a new one and select that one over here.
Click on Import.
Note: To successfully upgrade the solution, make sure you are importing a higher version over the existing lower version.
