Backup and restore jobs can fail — due to storage connectivity issues, expired credentials, throttling, or other transient errors. If a failure goes unnoticed, your organization's Dynamics 365 data could be left unprotected without anyone knowing.

This risk is greater if the administrator who set up Backup4Dynamics has since left the organization, and no one else is watching for failures.
