# Share Option for Email Template

Click2Export allows you to configure the Email template with the share option in the column of the email body.

You can add a **‘New Column Property’** and configure it to the **‘Add New Column’,** as seen in the below screenshot. This contains the mail content i.e. Email Body and Subject as per your requirements.

Using this feature, you can share emails with predefined content as the email body and include the subject line along with the corresponding record link.
