# Configuring AI Master Selection

Administrators can enable AI Master Selection for specific entities.

Before configuring or using the AI Suggested Master feature, ensure that the license has been activated from the **License Registration** page. After activation, navigate to the **AI Prompts** section and verify that the **Master Selection** prompt has been created successfully. Proceed with the configuration only after confirming that the prompt is available

Steps to follow for AI-Enabled Master Selection in Dynamics 365 CRM

Step 1: Navigate to Administration → Entity Configuration

Step 2: Open the desired entity.

Examples: Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity

Step 3: Select the Merge Settings tab.

Step 4: Locate: Enable to automatically perform AI-powered analysis on the deduped merge interface load to intelligently identify and recommend the optimal master record and the field values among the duplicates for the merge process.

Step 5: Set the toggle to Yes.

Step 6: Click Save.
