# Configuring LiveChat4Dynamics

Below is a step-by-step guide to help you with the configuration:

**Fill Azure Details:**

**Client ID:** Copy from the registration step under the “Overview” tab.

**Client Secret:** Copy from the last step of “Configuration of Azure Details” under the “Certificate and Secrets” tab.

**Tenant ID:** Copy from the registration step under the “Overview” tab.

**Subscription ID:** Copy from the “Add Contributor Role” section under the subscription tab.

**Resource Group Name:** The unique name of the resource group.

**Communication Service Name: T**he unique name of the communication service

**Callback URL:** Provide callback URL.

**Storage Account Name:** Provide a Unique storage account name

**Fill Communication Medium Information:**

&#x20;**Name:** Provide a Unique Name for the communication medium

**Medium:** Select “LiveChat”

**Description:** Describe the communication medium as per your business needs.
