# Configuration Privileges

To create configurations within LiveChat4Dynamics, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users need to have the following privileges:

* **Attribute Map** - Read, Write, Delete
* **Customization** - Read, Write, Delete
* **Entity** - Read, Write, Delete
* **Field** - Create, Read, Write, Delete
* **Relationship** - Create, Read, Write, Delete
