Set up Security

Map My Relationships has the following security roles:

Map My Relationships Administrator

The Map My Relationships Administrator has organization-level access of all entities of Map My Relationships and is given the right to set up Map My Relationships view in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Map My Relationships User

The Map My Relationships User has the right to see Map My Relationships view in Dynamics 365 forms.

Note: It is necessary to assign any one of the above security roles to use Map My Relationships solution.

Here are the steps to assign security role to users.

• Go to Advanced Settings --> Settings --> Security.

• Select Users.

• Select user --> Click on MANAGE ROLES.

• Click on any one of the security roles --> Click Ok.
