Disconnect from Mailchimp

If you want to disconnect your Mailchimp account from Marketing4Dynamics, you can do so using either of the following methods:

• Option 1: Delete the Marketing4Dynamics Configuration record from Dynamics 365 CRM. This option is available for both API Key and OAuth connections.

• Option 2: If you connected using OAuth, you can also disconnect Marketing4Dynamics directly from your Mailchimp account.

Option 1: Delete the Marketing4Dynamics Configuration Record

You can disconnect the Mailchimp account by deleting the existing Marketing4Dynamics Configuration record from Dynamics 365 CRM.

This option can be used regardless of whether your Mailchimp account was connected using an API Key or OAuth.

To do this:

1. Go to the Marketing4Dynamics App.

2. Navigate to Advanced Find → Marketing4Dynamics Configurations.

1. Select the existing Marketing4Dynamics Configuration record and click Delete and confirm the deletion.

Deleting the Marketing4Dynamics Configuration record will remove the connection between Marketing4Dynamics and the connected Mailchimp account.

Option 2: Disconnect Marketing4Dynamics from Mailchimp

If your Mailchimp account was connected to Marketing4Dynamics using OAuth, you can also disconnect the application directly from your Mailchimp account.

To do this:

1. Go to the Mailchimp Integrations Page and log in to your Mailchimp account.

2. Locate Marketing4Dynamics in the list of connected applications.

3. Click Disconnect and confirm the disconnection when prompted.

This will revoke the OAuth connection between your Mailchimp account and Marketing4Dynamics.

Note: Option 2 is only available for connections established using OAuth. OAuth users can use either Option 1 or Option 2 to disconnect their Mailchimp account.

Reconnecting to Mailchimp

After disconnecting, you can connect your Mailchimp account again from:

Marketing4Dynamics App → Settings → Setup → Connect to Mailchimp Account
