# Adding Next Best Action PCF section in CRM
Follow the steps below to add the Next Best Action PCF component to your CRM form:
**Using Power Apps**
1\. Open **make.powerapps.com** and navigate to **Tables**.\
\
Search for the desired entity (for example, *Lead*) and select the standard table.
2\. Click on **Forms** to view all available forms associated with the selected table.
3. From the list of forms, identify the form with:
* Form Type: Main
* Status: On
Click to open it in the form editor. This is the primary form where the PCF component will be added.
4. Add a new section in the desired area of the form where you want to display Next Best Actions.
5. Insert a Subgrid within the section and configure it to display:
View: *Next Best Action (Cards)* or *Next Best Action Timeline*
*(Example: All Next Best Actions View)*
6. Save and publish the form.
**Classic Setup**
In the form editor, scroll to the bottom and select Add Component. If the component is not visible, use the search option to find it.
Select the **Next Best Action PCF component** and click **Done**.
Save and publish the form.
