# Digest Settings
The **Next Best Action Digest** provides a consolidated summary of AI-generated recommendations for records owned by the user. It helps users quickly identify and act on high-priority items without navigating through multiple CRM records.

Users must be assigned at least one of the following security roles to receive the Next Best Action Digest:
* Next Best Action User
* Next Best Action Administrator

**Configure Digest Frequency**
Go to **Settings**.
You can choose how often you want to receive the digest:
* **Daily** - Receive a summary of recommendations every day.
* **Weekly** - Receive a summary of recommendations once a week.
**Digest Scope**
The digest includes:
* Next Best Actions generated for records where the user is the owner
* Recommendations based on configured entities and active AI models
**Digest Components**
Entity Configuration
Ensure that Next Best Action is configured and published for the required entities. Only configured entities will be included in the digest.
**Digest Email**
The digest is delivered via email and includes:
* A prioritized list of recommended actions
* Entity type and associated record name for each recommendation
* Priority level (High, Normal, Low) to highlight urgency
* An option to open the record directly and take action
**View Records Navigation**
* When the user clicks the **“View Records”** button in the digest email, they are redirected to the **“My Next Best Actions”** view in CRM.
• This view displays all relevant recommendations in a structured format for further action.
