**Recommendations are triggered when:**

* A new email, meeting, or call is created.

***Example**:* A lead sends an inquiry email about cloud migration. The system immediately recommends scheduling a follow-up call to discuss requirements.

* A record status changes.

***Example:*** When a lead moves from “Contacted” to “Negotiation,” Next Best Action suggests sending a proposal or arranging a product demo.

* Inactivity threshold is reached.

***Example**:* If no activity is logged for a high-value opportunity, the system recommends sending a re-engagement email or making a check-in call.

* SLA risk or engagement slowdown is detected.

***Example**:* For a customer case approaching SLA breach, the system recommends escalating the issue to a senior agent or scheduling an urgent resolution call.

This ensures users receive guidance exactly when action is required.
