Configurable Prompt Templates for Insightful Explanations

Predict4Dynamics empowers administrators with full control over how AI-generated explanations are delivered through its Custom Prompt Instructions feature.

Unlike standard predictive insights that provide generic reasoning, this feature allows you to define tailored prompts that guide Azure OpenAI in generating contextual, human-understandable explanations for each prediction.

With this feature, you can control the tone, depth, and format of the AI explanations to align with your organization’s communication style and reporting needs.

For example, you can instruct the AI to provide concise business-focused summaries for leadership reviews, or detailed step-by-step reasoning for operational teams, ensuring that every prediction is clear, actionable, and trustworthy.

By leveraging Custom Prompt Instructions, Predict4Dynamics not only enhances transparency and explainability in AI-driven insights but also improves user confidence and decision-making across Dynamics 365 CRM. Steps to use custom instructions

• Navigate to the Prediction Settings tab in the Predict AI Model form.

• Under Prediction Explainability Settings, set Explain Prediction to Yes (This is mandatory to use custom instructions).

• In Custom Instructions, add a prompt to define how explanations should be presented—for example, the tone, level of detail, or summary style.
