# Extensive Coverage for OOB and Custom Entities

Predict4Dynamics empowers you to extend predictive insights beyond standard CRM modules by supporting both out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom entities in Dynamics 365.

Unlike conventional predictive solutions that are limited to predefined entities, this feature allows you to create AI-driven models for any entity in your CRM, whether it’s a standard module like Leads or Opportunities, or a custom entity unique to your organization. 

For example, you can now build predictive models for custom entities such as Vendor Contracts, Field Inspections, or Project Milestones, enabling you to forecast outcomes, identify risks, and prioritize actions based on data-driven insights. 

* Allows users to create prediction models for both Out-of-the-Box (OOB) and custom entities.
* From the “Select a Table to Predict” dropdown, choose the entity you want to configure for predictions.
* The list displays all available entities — select either a standard CRM entity or a custom one as per your requirement.
* Once selected, proceed with model configuration to enable AI predictions for the chosen entity.
