Active Disables Flows to Resolve Cloud Flow Connection Issues

• Navigate to the SharePoint Knowledge AI Search Solution in your environment.

• Identify any cloud flows that are turned off.

• For each disabled flow, click on the three dots to open a menu that includes the “Turn on" option, which will activate the flow.

• Repeat this process for all flows that are disabled.
