# Active Disables Flows to Resolve Cloud Flow Connection Issues

* Navigate to the SharePoint Knowledge AI Search Solution in your environment.
* Identify any cloud flows that are turned off.

* For each disabled flow, click on the three dots to open a menu that includes the **“Turn on"** option, which will activate the flow.
* Repeat this process for all flows that are disabled.
