Validate and Configure the Copilot Agent

After importing the solution, you need to validate and configure the InoWiz Copilot Agent to ensure it works correctly. Follow the steps below:

  • Go to your imported solutions in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

  • Locate InoWiz Agent.

  • Click to open the agent.

  • From the left navigation panel, select Managed Solutions.

  • Find the solution named SharePoint Knowledge AI Search.

  • Open the solution to view its details.

  • Within the solution, select the Agent tab from the left menu.

  • Open the agent for configuration.

  • If the agent is not set up properly, you may see the message: “Configuration Required.”

Resolve Configuration Issues

  • This error typically occurs when one or more cloud flows are turned off during the import process.

  • The most common reason is that the imported flows cannot find a valid connection for the connection reference.

To fix this, reconfigure the connection references and enable the required flows.
