Validate and Configure the Copilot Agent
After importing the solution, you need to validate and configure the InoWiz Copilot Agent to ensure it works correctly. Follow the steps below:
Go to your imported solutions in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
Locate InoWiz Agent.
Click to open the agent.
From the left navigation panel, select Managed Solutions.
Find the solution named SharePoint Knowledge AI Search.
Open the solution to view its details.
Within the solution, select the Agent tab from the left menu.
Open the agent for configuration.
If the agent is not set up properly, you may see the message: “Configuration Required.”

Resolve Configuration Issues
This error typically occurs when one or more cloud flows are turned off during the import process.
The most common reason is that the imported flows cannot find a valid connection for the connection reference.
To fix this, reconfigure the connection references and enable the required flows.
