Uninstall the SharePoint Knowledge AI Search Solution

Follow the steps below to completely remove the SharePoint Knowledge AI Search solution and its associated components:

Remove the InoWiz Agent from Microsoft Teams

• Go to the Admin Centre website.

• From the left navigation panel, select Teams apps → Manage apps.

• Scroll down to the All apps section and search for InoWiz.

• Open the InoWiz Agent, then click Actions and choose Delete. This will remove the InoWiz Agent across the entire tenant

Remove the InoWiz Agent from the Channel

• Open copilotstudio.microsoft.com and ensure you are in the correct environment.

• From the left panel, select Agents, then open the InoWiz Agent.

• Go to the Channels tab

• Under Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, remove the InoWiz Agent from the connected channels

Delete the SharePoint Knowledge AI Search Solution

• Navigate to make.powerapps.com.

• From the left panel, select Solutions, then open the Managed section.

• Search for SharePoint Knowledge AI Search.

• Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to it and select Delete. This will permanently remove the SharePoint Knowledge AI Search solution from your environment.
