# Approach 2 (Without Adding Tab)

In case **“To”** is set in the Contact field, then you can directly go into **Contact - CRM Record** and start communicating with the customers / contacts.

To do so,

* Go to **Contact**, **Click** Related.
* Navigate to **Message Sessions.**

* Start messaging with the respective **Contact**.
