# AI Teams

* After license activation, an **AI Team** is automatically created.

* Only users who are **added to the AI Team** can:

&#x20;      Access AI features in WhatsApp4Dynamics

&#x20;      View AI insights such as sentiment analysis and AI chat panels

* Administrators must manually **add users to the AI Team** to grant access.
