# Validate Configuration

Validate the configuration in WhatsApp4Dynamics after adding the Account SID and Authentication Token from the Twilio account. 

Validating the configuration helps ensure that the integration between WhatsApp4Dynamics and Twilio is set up correctly and functioning as expected.

Once the Configuration is done, it will be saved as a Draft and you will have to validate the Configuration.

* Click **Validate**. The Account SID & Authentication Token added from the Twilio Account will be validated by Dynamics 365 CRM. You will receive a notification for the same.
