# Export Chat History in Multiple Formats

The Export Chat History allows users to easily download WhatsApp conversations directly from the chat interface in various formats, including Excel, CSV, and HTML. This functionality enables CRM users to efficiently archive, share, or analyze chat data for business operations, compliance, and reporting needs.

**How to Export Chat History:**

1. Open the **Chat UI** in WhatsApp4Dynamics.

2. Click the **three-dot (ellipsis)** menu in the chat window.

3. Select the “**Export Chat**” option from the dropdown.

5. Specify the **From** and **To** dates to define the desired chat history range.

6. Click the **Apply** button to generate and download the chat export file.

7. Now you will be able to see the downloaded file.
