# Configuration Privileges

For the initial configuration and validation of WhatsApp4Dynamics using the WhatsApp Business API, the user performing the configuration must have the following privileges on the **Process (Workflow)** table:

| Privilege | Minimum Access Level |
| --------- | -------------------- |
| Read      | Basic                |
| Write     | Basic                |

These permissions allow WhatsApp4Dynamics to access and update the cloud flows used during the configuration and validation process.
