Follow the steps given below to upgrade the WhatsApp4Dynamics solution to its latest version.
Login to
Select the appropriate environment -> Navigate to Solutions -> Click on Import solution.
You can now browse and upload your solution for importing.
Click on Next.
Now go to Advanced Settings -> Select Upgrade ->Verify if 'Enable Plug-In steps and flows included in the solution' is checked -> Click on Next.
Select the existing connection reference here. If it isn't already created, create a new one and select that one over here.
Click on Import.
