Design On-Demand workflow

You can design your own automation workflow by following the steps given below:

  • Navigate to Advanced Settings --> Settings --> Processes.

  • Click on New --> Select ‘Workflow’ from the ‘Category’ dropdown --> Select the Entity --> Click on OK.

  • Enable 'As an on-demand process' field.

  • Navigate to Add Step --> Inogic.Click2Clone.Automation --> Inogic.Click2Clone.Automation.Clone Records.

  • Click on Set Properties.

  • Select template.

  • Since 'Multiple copies' is not enabled in the template configuration, the below field will ignore any value that is entered and continue to create only 1 copy by default.

  • Click on Save and Close.

  • Click on Save --> Click on Activate.

  • Confirm the activation.
