# Set Credentials

This step is mandatory in case of **Scheduling and Export of Excel/Word templates** (if **PDF** format is selected) using Clik2Export UI.

Once you have set credentials and generated token, you can then perform the above mentioned tasks with ease.

For this, you have to navigate to **Personalization Settings --> General Tab --> User Information --> Click on Set Credentials button and generate token.**

If Multi Factor Authentication is enabled then in this case you need to create **Azure Active Directory App.** For details, please click [here](https://www.inogic.com/blog/c2e-azure-active-directory-app/).

Follow the same steps and make sure the redirect URL is '\*\*<https://crmurl/WebResources/ikl\\_/Click2Export/html/Callback.html**'.&#x20>;

Once app is created, navigate to **Click2Export Configuration Entity --> Paste client id and secret key --> Save the record.**

Now navigate to **Personalization Settings --> General Tab --> User Information --> click on Set Credentials button and generate token.**

You will get confirmation if it is successfully connected.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.inogic.com/click2export/prerequisites/set-credentials.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
