Set up Security

Click2Clone has the following security roles:

Click2Clone Administrator

The Click2Clone Administrator has the right to create and modify a template other than cloning the records as needed.

Click2Clone User

The Click2Clone User has the right to use the template and only clone the records. They cannot create/modify any templates

Note: It is necessary to assign any one of the above security roles to use Click2Clone solution.

Here are the steps to assign security role to users.

• Go to Advanced Settings --> Settings --> Security.

• Select Users.

• Select user --> Click on Manage Roles.

• Click on any one of the security roles --> Click Ok.
