# Set up Security
**Click2Clone** has the following security roles:

The **Click2Clone Administrator** has the right to create and modify a template other than cloning the records as needed.

The **Click2Clone User** has the right to use the template and only clone the records. They cannot create/modify any templates

**Note: It is necessary to assign any one of the above security roles to use Click2Clone solution.**

### Using Power Platform
Here are the steps to assign security roles to CRM users:
1. Go to **Advanced Settings** → **System** → **Security** → **Users**.
2. Select **user** → **Manage security roles**.
3. Click on any one of the Click2Clone security roles as per your business requirement → Click **Save**
### Using Classic UI
Here are the steps to assign security role to users.
* Go to **Advanced Settings** --> **Settings** --> **Security**.
* Select **Users.**
* Select user --> Click on **Manage Roles.**
* Click on any one of the security roles --> Click **Ok**.
