Perform Quick Action within Tree View

The Quick Actions feature allows users to instantly perform common CRM actions, such as calling, emailing, appointment scheduling, directly from any node within the Tree View. This eliminates the need to open individual forms, enabling faster engagement and more efficient navigation across complex visualizations. Whether viewing an account, contact, or related record, users can interact with the data instantly, improving productivity and user experience.

How to Use Quick Actions in Tree View (Step-by-Step Guide)

1. Open the Tree View

Navigate to any entity record (e.g., Account) and switch to the Tree View tab to see the tree visualization.

2. Access the Quick Actions Toolbar

Activity icons appear on the card (highlighted in green in the image). Typical quick-action icons include:

  • Call – Instantly start a phone call

  • Email – Open the email compose window

3. Choose the Action You Want

Click the action icon you want to execute. Examples:

  • Click the Email icon to draft a message

  • Click the Call icon to dial the customer
