# Design Record Field Change workflow

You can design your own automation workflow by following the steps given below:

* Navigate to **Advanced Settings** --> **Settings** --> **Processes.**

* Click on **New** --> Select **‘Workflow’** from the **‘Category’** dropdown --> Select the **Entity** --> Click on **OK.**

* Enable any of the given fields. Here, we will enable **‘Record Field Change’** checkbox. (With this, if any of the selected field is updated then the workflow will be triggered and the record will be cloned.)

* Select the **field** --> Click on **OK.**

* Navigate to **Add Step** --> **Inogic.Click2Clone.Automation** --> **Inogic.Click2Clone.Automation.Clone Records.**

* Click on **Set Properties.**

* Select **template** --> Fill **'Number of Copies to be Created'** field as per requirement --> Click on **Save and Close.**

* Click on **Activate.**
