# Set up Security
Here are the steps to assign security roles to CRM users:
1. Go to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com and open your environment. Then click **Users**.
2. Click the user you want to assign a security role to, and then click **Manage roles**.
3. Select the **WhatsApp4Dynamics Administration** security role and click **Save**.
4. Select the **WhatsApp4Dynamics Manager** security role and click **Save**.
5. Select the **WhatsApp4Dynamics User** security role and click **Save**.

**Note:**
* It is necessary to assign any one of the above security roles to use WhatsApp4Dynamics solution.
* System Administrator has all the rights that WhatsApp4Dynamics administrator has.
