# Add Team Members
When you install WhatsApp4Dynamics and activate the license, the system automatically creates a CRM team called **WhatsApp4Dynamics Team**. You can add all the users who need access to WhatsApp4Dynamics to this team.
Your license determines how many members your team can have. For instance, if your license is for up to 5 users, you can add only 5 members to the team. If you try to add a 6th member, an error message appears while using WhatsApp4Dynamics because the user count has been exceeded.
To add team members, follow the steps below:
1. **Open the Teams entity.**
2. **Add users to the team.**
3. **Check the user license.**
