Approach 2 (Without Adding Tab)

In case β€œTo” is set in the Contact field, then you can directly go into Contact - CRM Record and start communicating with the customers / contacts.

To do so,

  • Go to Contact, Click Related.

  • Navigate to Message Sessions.

  • Start messaging with the respective Contact.
