# Configure Email Description

Users can send an email to entities by adding a link to an attachment in the email body. The text of this link that reads **“Link generated by Attach2Dynamics**” can be edited as per your preference, as shown in the screenshot below.

**FOR EXAMPLE:**

NRG Enterprises sales representative prepared a quotation for the client.  He navigated to the Connectors and customized the Email Description text, as shown in the below screenshot.

The representative chose to send the quotation by clicking the **Attach2Dynamics** button from the **Account Entity.** He then attached the quote using the **Email-Link** option from **Attach2Dynamics UI**.

This quote was attached to the email as a link and the customized email description read, “**This quotation is created by NRG Enterprises**”.
