Additional Settings

The Additional Settings tab has the following fields:

• Set file size limit for attachments in Attach2Dynamics UI– Maximum file upload size can be 1.5 GB.

• Set blocked file extensions for attachment – This contains the list of file extensions (semicolon separated) that the Connector won’t be able to upload on Cloud. You can enter it as per your preference. e.g., txt;docx

• Default View Mode - You can also set up a default view mode as List View / Thumbnail View.

Note: This view is only for SharePoint Cloud storage.

• Email Description - Users can send an email to entities by adding a link to an attachment in the email body. The text of this link that reads “Link generated by Attach2Dynamics” can be edited as per your preference, as shown in the screenshot below.
