# Uninstallation

To uninstall **Alerts4Dynamics** solution from your CRM environment, follow the steps given below.&#x20;

1\) Navigate to **Alerts4Dynamics --> License Registration --> Enable Entity Configuration.** Next, disable all selected entities and click on **Save.**

2\) Ensure that **Selected Entities** column is blank.

3\) Navigate to **Settings** --> **Solutions** --> Select **Alerts4Dynamics** solution.

4\) Click on **delete** button. A pop-up will appear asking for your confirmation. Click on **OK** and the solution will be uninstalled from your environment.
