Configuration For Persona Image

Kanban board lets users to switch on/off the persona image. You can view the record owner’s image in the record cards in Kanban view.

To achieve this, follow the steps given below:

• Navigate to Advanced Settings -> Settings.

• Go to Customizations.

• Now click on Customize the System.

• Next, Go to Opportunity -> Controls -> Show Owner Persona.

• If you set it as “Y”, it will display on the card.

• If you set it as “N”, it will not display on the card.
