# Open Folder

User can open the record folder present on SharePoint site directly from Attach2Dynamics document management UI by clicking on the icon highlighted below:

After the clicking on the **Open Record** icon a new tab will be opened which will be redirected to the record folder.

**Note:** The Attach2Dynamics UI has been extended to work with Activity Entities. To enable this functionality, set the "Allow" setting in [Entity Configuration](https://docs.inogic.com/sharepoint-security-sync/features/create-multiple-folders-for-activity-entities).
