This section provides troubleshooting guides for common issues.
Recent update of solution may cause this problem. To resolve this issue follow the steps given below to give QuickBooks authorization.
Go to InoLink Settings.
In InoLink Settings, click on QuickBooks.
Then, click on 'Authorize and Save' button.
Once 'Authorize and Save' button is clicked, you will get a prompt --> Click on Yes.
After clicking on Yes, a pop out window for QuickBooks authorization will be opened --> Sign in into QuickBooks using admin credentials.
Once you sign into QuickBooks or if you are already Signed in then you will get below success message:
After QuickBooks authorization, change the link status of link jobs stuck in 'Queued' status to Error and try promoting these records again.
