Troubleshooting
This section provides troubleshooting guides for common issues.
Recent update of solution may cause this problem. To resolve this issue follow the steps given below to give QuickBooks authorization.
- Go to InoLink Settings.

- In InoLink Settings, click on QuickBooks.

- Then, click on 'Authorize and Save' button.

- Once 'Authorize and Save' button is clicked, you will get a prompt --> Click on Yes.

- After clicking on Yes, a pop out window for QuickBooks authorization will be opened --> Sign in into QuickBooks using admin credentials.

- Once you sign into QuickBooks or if you are already Signed in then you will get below success message:

- After QuickBooks authorization, change the link status of link jobs stuck in 'Queued' status to Error and try promoting these records again.
