# Uninstallation

Follow the below steps to uninstall **SharePoint Security Sync** easily. Before uninstalling the solution, make sure all related configurations, dependencies, IFrames, and sitemap entries have been removed from your environment.

### Step 1: Delete Entity Configurations and Connector Records

1\) Remove all configurations that were created in your environment.

2\) Before deleting the Entity Configuration records, use **Bulk Record Delete** to delete the SharePoint Security Sync Group records created for that environment. You can use the query below for this purpose.

3\) Use the **Preview Records** option to verify that the correct records are selected before deletion.

4\) Once the group records have been deleted, delete the **Entity Configuration** records.

5\) After all Entity Configurations have been removed, delete the **Connector** record.

### Step 2: Remove the IFrame

If you have added the Attach2Dynamics IFrame to one or more forms, remove it from all such forms before proceeding with the solution uninstallation.

1\) Navigate to **Power Apps** --> Select **Table** --> Select the Form on which the IFrame was added --> Choose the section, as shown in the screenshot below --> Click **Delete** --> Click **Save** and **Publish**.

### Step 3: Remove Entities from the Sitemap

Open **Advanced Settings** and check whether the SharePoint Security Sync entities are visible in the sitemap, as shown in the screenshot below.

If they are present, they will need to be removed as well.

1\) Navigate to [**make.powerapps.com**](http://make.powerapps.com) and open the **Default Solution**.

2\) Open the **Site Map**, and then open the **Power Platform Environment Settings** sitemap.

3\) Select the **SharePoint Security Sync Group** area and click **Delete**.

4\) Click **Save**, and then **Publish** the sitemap.

### Step 4: Uninstall the Solution

Once all configurations, dependencies, IFrames, and sitemap entries have been removed, you should be able to uninstall the solution successfully.

1\) Navigate to **Settings** --> **Solution** --> Select the **SharePoint Security Sync** solution.

2\) Click on the delete button. A pop-up will appear asking for your confirmation. Click on ‘OK’ and the solution will be uninstalled from your environment.
