Disable OOB Duplicate Detection

For a seamless deduplication experience with DeDupeD, you need to first disable Out-Of-The-Box duplicate detection in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Below are the steps for disabling OOB duplicate detection:

  • Navigate to Power Platform Admin Center by clicking here.

  • Select an ‘Environment’ and click on ‘Settings’.

• Click on ‘Duplicate Detection Settings’.

• Uncheck to Disable ‘Duplicate Detection’ and click on ‘OK’.

Now you have successfully disabled Out-Of-The-Box duplicate detection rule.
