# Disable OOB Duplicate Detection

For a seamless deduplication experience with DeDupeD, you need to first disable Out-Of-The-Box duplicate detection in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Below are the steps for disabling OOB duplicate detection:

* Navigate to **Power Platform Admin Center** by clicking [here](https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com).
* Select an **‘Environment’** and click on **‘Settings’.**

• Click on **‘Duplicate Detection Settings’.**

• Uncheck to Disable **‘Duplicate Detection’** and click on **‘OK’**.
