Record-Based Alert
Alerts created for individual records in CRM such as Quote, Invoice, Order, etc. are called as Record-Based Alerts.
Here are the steps to create Record-Based Alerts:
  • Navigate to the Entity --> Record --> Related --> Alerts.
  • Click on Add New Alert button.
  • Now, you will be redirected to a new alerts page.
  • Add the Name of the alert --> Click on Save. Once the Alert is created, next step would be to create Message against it. To know how to Add New Message go to Message section.
