Set up Security

Subscription and Recurring Billing Management has the following two security roles:

Subscription Management Admin

The Subscription Management Admin is given the right to configure as well as use Subscription and Recurring Billing Management solution.

Subscription Management User

The Subscription Management User is given the right to use Subscription and Recurring Billing Management solution to automate generation of Invoices/Sales Orders, send reminders to overdue invoices , calculate delayed charge (penalty) and taxes for the same.

Note: It is necessary to assign any one of the above security roles to use Subscription and Recurring Billing Management solution.

Follow the steps below to assign security roles to users.

• Go to Advanced Settings --> Settings --> Security.

• Select Users

• Select user --> Click on MANAGE ROLES.

• Click on any one of the security roles --> Click OK.
