# Announcement

**Announcements** are used to pass on the information organization level. There are times when you have declare about new updates in the organization, issue warnings or simply inform about the upcoming important meetings. In such situations, you can create independent **Announcements** that are not dependent on any condition, view or record and can be viewed from anywhere in the CRM.
