Configuration for Subgrid
Power Apps
Select the Entity: Choose the required entity (e.g., Account).

Open Forms: Click Forms for that entity.

Open the Desired Form: Select and open the form where the Subgrid is located.

Add a Column for Kanban Board: Add a new Column or use an existing one to host the Kanban Board control.

Access Components: Click Get more components to add the Kanban Board.

Add the Kanban Board Control: Select and add Kanban Board Control to the column/subgrid.

Configure the Control
Click on the added component.
Enter the required configuration details.
Click Done.

Publish
Save and Publish the form.
The Kanban Board will now appear within the Subgrid.

Classic UI
You can make Kanban Board available for subgrid. This is possible by adding Kanban Control on forms.
To add Kanban Board Control on Subgrid follow the steps given below:
Go to Settings -> Customizations.

From there go to Customize the System -> Entities

Next, click on any Entity, for e.g. ‘Account’ --> Form --> Select ‘Account’.

Here, add new tab on the form.

Now select the tab --> Click on ‘Change Properties’ --> Go to ‘Display’ --> Select the required details.

Next go to ‘Controls’ --> Enable Kanban Board for Web, Phone and Tablet.

Now it will show the related cases of a particular record in Kanban View.
