Validate the configuration in TextSMS4Dynamics after adding the Account SID and Authentication Token from the Twilio account.
Validating the configuration helps ensure that the integration between TextSMS4Dynamics and Twilio is set up correctly and functioning as expected.
Once the Configuration is done it will be saved as a Draft and you will have to validate the Configuration.
Click Validate. The Account SID & Authentication Token added from the Twilio Account will be validated by Dynamics 365 CRM. You will receive a notification for the same.
Make sure to copy the Callback Url to be used in the next step.
