# Announcement

Announcement is created at organization level. These alerts are not dependent on any condition, view or record. They are independent alerts that can be viewed from anywhere in the CRM.

Given below is the step to create announcements.

* Navigate to **Alerts4Dynamics App --> Alerts --> New --> Fill the following details.**
  * **Name:** Enter suitable name for Alert. 
  * **Alert Type:** Select Announcement.
