# Set up Security

**Click2Export Administrator** will be allowed to configure Click2Export as well use all the Click2Export functionalities.

**Click2Export User** will be able to export and schedule the reports.

**Note: It is necessary to assign any one of the above security roles to use Click2Export Solution**

Here are the steps to assign security role to users.

* Go to Advanced Settings --> Settings --> Security.

* Select Users.

* Select user --> Click on Manage Roles.

* Click on any one of the security roles --> Click Ok.
