Auto-Assign Existing Records

Run Assignment is used to auto-assign the already existing Leads (before the installation of solution or creation of assignment rule) in your CRM to respective users as per the newly configured assignment rules. This button is only visible for those entities against which assignment configuration is enabled.

Note: The maximum records that can be assigned is 20. This button is only visible to Lead Assignment and Distribution Automation Administrator and System Administrator
